Heres mine. It's getting kind of played out since I have posted it about a million times on here now. I think I'm going to switch to long travel or powder coat the frame,brackets, and weld in a gusset kit. The pics are old but it hasn't changed looks wise in over a year. Its a 460 stroker on axis shocks front and back.

took the cross bar and hand guards off recently. 450r shocks are coming in a week or two

naw haha, not gonna get them for a bit. after the shocks comes an HMF. rims aren't a necessity. the stockers work fine

yeap, full sport series. the stock pipe sucks, but i think id rather have the suspension before power

Yeah your definetly right there. You already have enough power to tie you over for now with the 440. A suspension will really be nice.:cool:

Can Any of the 440 hop-up riders tell me if either the intake or exhaust ports were substantially Widened when doin the conversion at all , or was it simply a bigger sleeve/Piston combo?

My exhaust ports were widened a bit to flow excellent with a full exhaust system if thats what you mean.

Off-topic: Yes , thats what Im asking . You see , the Common misconception for almost Anything relating to Valves , would have been to widen the Ports. I know alot of guys working on my car heads would simply grab a dremmel and go mad .Im of the opinion that one actually Doesnt want to widen the Intakes, at least Not TOO much , It only serves to help the intake charge go back out the intake ports as easily as it all came in .One needs to actually increase the airSPEED going in to through the ports , not just by widening them . Anyhow , thats my theory .

this is how you fit a four wheeler out of your basement when you don't have a garage...keep your axle out and zip-tie your shocks/a-arms up. worked really well for what i had to work with.

thats a shame. I always loved your bike too.

In a bout two weeks mine will be set up for mxjust waiting for the parts to get here. It getting houser +2 a arms, galfer extended brake lines, C&D 450r rebuilds, gt thunder mx linkage, rpm axle
