Friday the 13th

Just wondering if everyone is superstitious about Friday the 13th? It's usually one of my better days. I have had all kinds of good things happen on Fri. 13th. I've always considered it my lucky day. I've been expecting a large check in the mail for nearly a month now and I told my wife it will come on the 13th...we'll see if it comes in todays mail.

My wife and I were hoping to go to Cedar Point Amusement park and ride the coasters today if the money comes. The place is usually deserted because everyone is so superstitious.

Am I the only one who has good luck on Friday the 13th? ...or are you the the type who's afraid to do anything on the 13th?

300ex, ive been goin to cedar point for the last ten yrs. except for 06 and 05. whats the prices like right now? that place is awsome. havent riden the dragster coaster yet, heard good things. any decent hotels near the park? i usually just stay on base at camp perry but that **** is getting old.

Ahhh Cedar Point, haven't been there in a long time. Last time I was there the Magnum was the "Worlds Tallest Coaster" Spent four hours in the back of a pickup to go there from Jonesville Michigan.

One of the first things I seen today was a dead guy on the road just a couple miles from my home. .. Motorcycle wreck, A deer ran out in the road and he hit it. . Sad thing thats not what killed him , as he was trying to get out of the way a box truck hit him.

Friday the 13th doesnt get to me but a weird way to start it .

Weird thing I saw today at work. An employee came up to me in the Electronics department with a Barbie DVD. She pointed at the security label on the side of the case that said "DVD Barbie as Repunzel". I say to her, "Okay, what about it?" She points at the label and underneath the security label is another security label marked "The Omen". This was straight from the factory and completely sealed.

Just plain old creepy if you ask me.

i had a good day. i bought a microsoft zune (30 gig video/music player) for $100 this morning. they're worth about $200. i was going to sell it and buy a ipod video. then my brother gave me $100 for my old ipod. i got paid today (wootwoot) then after i cashed my check and put the $100 in the bank i traded the zune for a ipod video thats super nice. i was pumped. thats about it for the day.

had a pretty good day actually. went to a pretty cool car show. then kerry getz a professional skater rolled up in bam margeras lambo. my cousin wanted to race him but only for some money so i kinda talked him out of it. then tryied hooking up a race with a skyline but the guy wouldnt budge. still got to run a evo and gto on the way home. that was pretty cool.

Not sure about the prices since I usually end up with free or discount tickets. I think it runs around $35/person though. I haven't ridden the Top Thrill dragster yet but my 11 year old daughter says it's awesome. The Millenium Force is a great coaster but I felt sooo drained after I rode the thing I ended up going home early. Luckily it was the last coaster of the day.

Turns out the 13th isn't as lucky for me as I thought. That money never arrived. My wife ended up on the phone for an hour trying to track down the check.:ermm: On the upside... I got loaded later that night and all was good.:devil:
