Are these any harder to install than a regular head unit?

I just ordered one and wasn't too sure what to expect..

We have a touch screen alpine in our truck...right away i was worried about finger prints and such......

But you can't see anything but a few slight smudges and its not that big of deal. I love our DVD player....especially with the hooked up kicker system! :D

btw it is easy to install, just make sure you get the right support plate.

yeah all you have to do to makei it it easy is get a wiring harness that fits your truck and one for the dvd player and it plugs right in. If you dont get one for the dvd player just get some butt connectors and hook it up yourself

also some of the players require ur e brake to be up to play movies or it must be in park, (to make sure u dnt watch movies while u drive) theres plenty of online instructions to show how to by pass this, and there not very hard to install just follow instructions and hte internet helps alot:D

if it has an external brain then it can be a pain, but most newer models have everthing inside the unit. i will have one in every vehicle i own from now on :huh :huh
