air suction valve?

little valve that goes to airbox what is it and what does it do, how do you know when its bad, and where do i find this pink wire and how to un hook it thanks

As for the airbox question can't help ya there,jerked all of that out. The pink wire comes out of the cdi wiring system. Our's is an 06. As your looking at the front of the mini it's on the right side. You will see the square cdi box. Right behind it you will see a small cylinder with wires coming out of it thru a rubber boot. There is a pinkish color wire coming out of it. I just cut it in too,and taped both ends. This way you can put it right back together if you want to.
