doing a bigbore rebuild is it necessary to degree in my cam if so any tips and info is needed thanks

Well they all have to be set at a specific degree, this is usually done just using the timing marks on the cam sprocket against the head and the marks on the lower end. As far as getting an adjustable sprocket yes that should be done. Thats usually only if you deck the head though to throw it off.

i read alot of your replys on other posts u seem like u know ur stuff i did not deck block or head so just line up the timing marks and that it? thanks

That's all you need, align the timing marks both on the crank gear and also up on the cam tower. There is no need for a slotted cam gear for your application.

You would be shocked on how far your cam is out by just lining up the timing marks whats one or two degres right well way wrong makes a big diferents in your HP.
