I have an 07 450R and sometimes when i get on the gas fast it bogs down and acts like it wants to die. What is the problem?

Mine did the same thing. I installed a HMF slip on, with a 165 main jet and a 48 pilot jet thinkin it would help and it does the same thing. Im going back to the stock 42 pilot jet and a 55 leak jet.
If you get a 55 leak jet and a boyesen quickshot it will clean it up.

i thought 48 was a stock size pilot. 42 sounds like a 400ex sized pilot

06-07 jetting
full exhaust/no lid
main -165
pilot -42 stock
needle- crf 450 4th position
leak jet #55
a/f screw 2-1/2 turns out
a 180/185 main and 48 pilot is for a 04/05 carb

its actually for any fcr carb. I have an 06 crf carb on my 05 and that set up works great, no boggs or cutting out.
