surging 416

i got my 416 build done and the timing is good and all internals are good but it is surging what do you guys think it could be?

i have a hot cam stage 2, je 416 kit, 450r carb, msd ignition, dmc alien exhaust [for now]

How much have you worked on your jetting? You weren't real specific about the how's, when's, and where's of the surging--but surging is sometimes associated with lean jetting.

it was the tether kill switch. i guess it went bad over the winter and i deleted it and bingo runs like a top
