Stock shocks dont really have a wide range of adjustments...

as far as tire pressure that will depend on the track, I change mine very often, but usually run something like 6psi in the rears (on beadlocks too) and the fronts about 8-10psi.

Try setting your preload about halfway down, you still want it to sit a little low so you can corner good. And set your compression halfway then two clicks softer, and rebound all the way soft (fast).

huh? I would leave the preload all the way soft so it sits the lowest personally... It still sits way too high even like that. halfway then two softer for compression? Not that he would notice a huge difference but for MX I would think you would want it a little stiffer than that!? I guess it also depends on rider weight too... Turn the rebound all the way down on the rear shock, it rebounds way too fast anyways, this is why they buck so much. The fronts about half way would be good.

Yeah I'm about 200lbs, so rebound is a good thing for me cause I pack down the suspension when I ride fast. I also need soft compression because the whoops are so harsh.

Stock shocks are only setup for someone in the neighborhood of like 150lbs I've heard, dont know how true it is. The stock rear doesn't really matter how slow you make the rebound its still way too fast and the adjustment on it is all but worthless...
