I just noticed the other day that my clutch is hitting the bottom of my head pipe. Will Sparks replace this?

have you tried losening the header and try to walk it up some then retighten it to see if it gets better clearance.

On exhausts with very tight clearance around the engine, frame, shock, whatever--sometimes the only way to get them to not touch anything is to get all the mounting mounts loose and then slowly tighten each one little by little while you as you manipulate the positioning.

Not long ago I put an exhaust on a bike that took quite a bit of finagling before everything would line-up without touching stuff it wasn't suppose to.

a normal thing just bend the arm down a little will be fine
