450r shocks or aftermarket need help

alright was wanting to put on some aftermarket shocks on my 400Ex, should i go aftermarket or put some 450R stock shocks on i heard that the 450r shocks run nicely so need help please post

If you have the money definately go aftermarket but if your on a tight budget(like me) then get some 450r's rebuilt.

i really don't want to feel much of the whoops or bumps, i just want a nice soft ride and when i jump i want a nice soft landing. i am on a tight budget

Ya I would get some 450r shocks off ebay and send them to C&D to be revalved etc.

Look at YFZ450R shocks. You should be able to get them for less than $200 shipped.

Yup work good you must grind the eyes on the top of the shock a little. I have had them on mine for a few months now,
