I did a post about an oil leak the other day. Its leaking out of the leftside crankcase cover gasket. I started it and let it warm up and heat cycled it like the shop said to check for oil leaks. Now the oil isn't leaking anymore. Did it just need to heat up and seal off???

its possible. That fixes every oil leak on my dads british bike :blah:

You mean it fixes the leaks when you let the motor warm up for the first few times?

yeah it leaks like a civ when he doesnt ride it for a month or so but right after he rides for a few hours after everything expands its leak free.
