400ex Brakes

i just put new brake pads on my 400ex in the front and i bled the brakes right after i changed the pads and for some reason they still arent workin well.. the rotor and the discs are in exc cond. is there somethin that your are supposed to do after i change the pads or is there anything i can do to fix them???

You shouldn't have to bleed the brakes when changing brake pads

Make sure the caliper slides well on its pins. If there seized, the brakes wont work well.

I tried to bleed mine 50 million times and still didn't get them firm, front and back. I think they are just hard to bleed. Or I'm retarded;)
