My girlfriend has a Warrior that she is just tired of dealing with, so my thought was to pass her my 400ex and get me a 450r.
Now some questions?
What would work off my 400ex onto this bike? Would my elkas and houser arms work on it? Ive heard people say yes? How about wheels/tires those same bolt pattern? I know the pipe and such wont work. And I assume id need to get a new rear link for the 450r to bring it down some like I did with my 400ex, those are not interchangeable are they?
Thanks.
wheels, tires, bumper, bars, bar clamp and a few other things are interchangable...aftermarket front shocks would be with a rebuild...you will need a new rear link for it...and of course the revalve of the rear shock to go with the link

Awesome thats what I like to hear. But any idea on the arms? I know my houser instructions said 400ex/450r which could just mean they are similar.

A-arms are different between the 2 quads mentioned. The lower a-arm on the 450 is a lot wider at the pivots than the 400.

If the 450R your getting is 2006 or newer, BE SURE TO GET THE HRC KIT!

Sweet that clears that up. Thanks everyone.
450R = fast race bike
400EX = fast trail quad
If you race I saw get a 450, if you want to do trail riding to then gt a 400ex. I wouldnt buy anything until I saw the new 400ex and the updates that I got.
