What long travel front end is the best for xc racing, I have a leager long travel +2 with lt tcs fully adjustable fronts. Its around 47 in right now and is too wide. Could i just sell the a-arms and get houser +1's and then send the shocks off to be revalved for the shorter a-arms? Would 4 to 1 offset rims on my plus 2's get me at or under 46? Sorry for all the questions.

Run 4+1 wheels. Looks like you have stock wheels on there right now?

^^ Yep , what he said....the 4/1 set up also helps reduce bump steer.
I'm guessing you also have a +2+4 axel also. Check ebay, there is a guy selling brand new +1 RPM dominators for 150.00...I just picked one up.

I think standard XC setup is STD width to +1's.

A set of +1 long travels would be hard to find though. I don't know that houser still makes them. Used +1's are really hard to find.

How much are you thinking you'd want for those +2's if you sell?

just use a set of 4/1 offset rims, it will bring it to nearly a stock width. That is what I am gonna do on my 250r I'm gonna build.

ok thanks, i will try gettin 4 to 1 offset rims. I thinking im goin to get the itp baja rims because i cant afford hypers of anything really expensive. Im just tired of clipping trees.
