Well I have a 05 trx engine that needs to be freshened up. I also have a perfect 06 trx crank, piston & cylinder. The stroke Is a bit shorter on the 06-07 engine. Im wondering If anyone has tryed changing the stroke without changing the wiring harness & CDI box. I know the timing will be In a slightly different spot. I also thought that changing the flywheel might fire the plug at the correct time. I don't really think It would work, but sure would like to try It.
