I was wondering if you guys think they would help out for XC races. I think it would, its the same muscle group ya know.

a gyro ball helps quite a bit

get a straight bar. put 5-10lbs on each side. raise up your arms so they are horizontal out in fron tof you. Raise up and down your wrists. And believe me, you will feel the burn.

yea thats what i do. its helps. yea you WILL feel the burn.
