i was thinkin couldnt u convert the 400 stock a-arms to be greaseable, just drill and tap em and install a grease zerk, would that work or what????

What is the purpose? They are a sealed unit to keep dirt out. Honda designed them this way for a reason.

well one day they will get worn out and was thinking i would just do that and get rid of the annoying squeeking sound its just a thought nobody go postal on me

Not going postal, just asked a simple question its all good. When they wear out you should replace them, not grease them to get rid of the noise. You'd be surprised how long they'll last.

is there any way to wear them out faster so i have an excuse to buy some extended A-arms then lol

No you can't. Honda uses a similar bearing to a spherical bearing. A grease zirt won't help and because of the bearing design you would have to put the zirt at the very edge of the pivot and quite honestly there is no room to do that.
