here it is roll +1 stem with fat bar clamp $125 plus shipping takes it stem is not bent chrome in awesome shape and it is for a 400ex but will fit on a 450r with modifications

how does it need to be modded to fit on a 450r?

well if you look at the pic close its on a 450r and all my buddy did was put a piece of radiator hose in there to make up for the gap. it turns normal and dont even notice anything is different

Oh.. i see.. so the diameter of the 400ex stem is smaller than a 450r stem and the hole needs to be filled in a little for it to fit tight.

yep, i never tried but i wonder if the 400ex stem clamp would fit on the 450
