it hits hard on bottom and mid to top it just falls off. what do i need to do?

Sounds like rich jetting, maybe decrease the main jet.

This is just a guess. I highly HIGHLY suggest doing some plug chops to be certain.

the plug looks to be a little lean but not that bad
