what is the best all around 85cc dirtbike?do they require alot of maintenance?is it easy to foul plugs if not in powerband?i personally am a honda guy but i like the kx85

I had a suzuki and a honda, 2001 rm 80 and a 2003 cr85, both good powerful bikes, blew the honda up 2 times, but i rode it alot further and harder. Just a piston. fouled about 10 plugs in the first week of haveing the cr85, the float was sticking in the carb, after that was fixed i did not foul anymore, I rode it hard some days and boged around others, still no fouled plugs. I was even running br9s were i could of ran 7s.

They are all nice bikes. If you are planning on modding, then get a sx85, because you wont have to do any, they are nicely built bikes stock.

i rode a '99 yz 80 and it would have smoked my 400ex. this bike was all stock, and it handled really nice too

my old 95 CR80 would take most quads, that bike was crazy fast...but for a 85 i would go with the KTM if i were to get a new one.

kawi or ktm they make the nicest bikes as well as the nicest looking

We have been 110% satisfied with our KTM, but would like to upgrade to the new crf150r

I wouldnt get him a 150 its bassicly just getting another 85 get him the ktm 105 that'll be fast =p

the 07's are like 130 pounds thats lighter and bigger then any of the 85s and its even 25 pounds lighter then the kx100 its bigger to
