ill go ahead and ban the ip. Theres alot of porn and spam trying to get on the site. Part of my job is preventing that.

Hackers use IPs to get into a users network.

Those cooridinants are put in by the people who the IPs are registered too. If you go there, I am sure you will just end up at a RoadRunner cable office.

If you don't believe me, look up any ip in that range and they will all come back the same.

It is very difficult to track an IP to a specific location without help from the ISP. Plus, that IP could be NATed on the inside of a network. That makes it possible that it could have been any computer inside a business or school for example and we would only see the external public IP and not the internal private ip.

Well, if anyone wants to try and guess a password, he has this modem/router.

Wireless Cable Modem Gateway SBG900

The user name is admin and he must have changed the passwordl.

To get to the login page, just put that IP address in your browers URL field and hit enter.

Its the IP address of someone or a bot trying to post spam/porn on the forums.

i love being good with computers, who ever it was now has the trojanhorseworker3p virus................ dayum his computer his gonna be slow this thing will kill the speed of his cp and shutdown alot of programs:macho

and btw you dont HAVE to have the password if you have the right program;) ;) ;) if you know what im refering to then kudos to you... because its pretty hard to find

oh and that was not a bot that was someone, a bot would have had a clearer history atleast everyone ive seen has been.

Please do not resort to something like that. As far as i know that is illegal and we do not want to stoop to their level or get the website in any sort of legal issues. The IP has been banned and most spammers never even make it past registration.

Yes. Is it special? No. Boston, MA is a pretty big place;)

Anywhere you go on the internet your ip address is logged.

Theres ways of covering it up but it does not really matter.
