Ok, I want to bump up the performance of my 2001 300EX. Hopefully I'll get all this stuff for Christmas...how does this stuff sound?

1.Twin Air Filter
2. Power Roll clear vented Air Box Lid
3. Jet Kit
4. Header/pipe (Any that dont make these things too loud? I ride pretty close to the house and cant be obnoxious)
5. Maier Skid Plates
6. Some type of brighter head light bulb
7. Halogen Light Kit, anyone tried one like from Dennis Kirk?
8. Hydraulic Banjo Bolt to make the brake light functional.
I plan to get some chain cleaner/lube/wax, the Twin Air Filter cleaner tub, FFT Filter Oil, shock preload adjuster wrench thingy and a torque wrench... Can you guys think of anything else that would be cool? I already have a Trail Tech Computer. I dont race this thing or anything like that..just have fun ridin. Has anyone tried an aftermarket cam like the one from power roll? (for the stock setup, not a big bore kit). If so how does it affect the power band/noise level? TIA

i wouldnt reccomend number 2 or 3 because you can do em yourself for free or VERY cheap! just cut your stock airbox lid, its almost the exact same thing just like $40 cheaper! and the jet kit, just jet ur quad yourself, jets are like $4! everything else sounds good!

trail tech makes a real bright light setup for the 300ex.
