View Full Version : ahhhh!! where do u get this crap!!

i am lookin for a tubing or foamy colored crap to go on around my wires on my 300...(on the brake and throttle cables etc. on the handle bars) i heard someone say it was red wire loom, but it looks sweet in red but i cant find it!! and how do i put it on?? do i have to take everyhtin off then put it on? that would suck-----here is a pic that might help someone help ME!!:mad: :p :D

Go to a car parts store they should have it. I get mine at farm&fleet one of the best stores on the planet they have every thing.:)

no you dont have to take anything off its spilt on 1 side you just kinda snap it on.

our car audio store has some. street glow brand makes some good wire loom. its better to buy it in alota length also.

glad to see someone gets use out of all the pictures i post...
i got mine at a local audio store they snap on one side is split in that pic they must have wiggled around a little u can see on a couple where the crack in them are to put them on...
i think i am going to buy some black loom and see how it looks i want change

I have it on mine! The best place to get it is JC Whitney!! You can get a whole bag with 4 different sizes for $10.95 I believe! It comes with 10ft of each size, 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, and 1 inch!! I had plenty to do my whole bike with 1 bag, but I have braided red brake lines,,if you have to do all your brake lines you might want 2 bags!!!

thansk guys, i wwent out yesterday nad bought some and some RENTHALS!! fourtrax bend, and grips, the quad looks sick casue the bars are red to!:D

hey chadexer, it loks like yours are foamy? or soft? mine are hard and plastic and tubler...thats wut it should be...right?:confused:

yea his do look like they are make of a soft foam type material... mine are hard platic too

My camera plays tricks!!! mine is the same as 2k2-300exnj's its the plastic!!! but i found out when taking my motor back out that the throttle cable was burnt almost in half,,,right through the wire loom and the cable,,,is there anything to put on the it inder the tank to keep it from burning,,,i assume my motor is running a little hotter!!!
