so I have a new 70 and me and the kid are more into trail riding. I noticed when in tight rough trails the overheat light comes on. I could also hear mine and my friend quads fans kicking on and off. Has anyone messed with putting a fan on the back of the radiators yet, or are they to new.
When out in the open or on a track I think i would be fine, but stop and go there maybe a problem?

1-Make sure there isn't a number plate blocking the radiator
2-Have you changed to Engine Ice for cooling
3-Checked your jetting to make sure your not running lean
4- Bled the air out of the system (nipple on top of cylinder)
5- Check fluid level and allowed for extar fluid in the rear bottle
Some may seem like common sense, but I had to list them

I have done all but the ice... It just makes sence to have a fan on the back?

A larger radiator would cool better and also on a slight angle would help to cool better maybe something we might see in the future. GARY"gator fan"Fallon
