Depends what arms...

general rule of thumb:

Most stock a-arms you need to buy new arms

Most aftermarket a-arms you buy new balljoints.

there stock 250r arms. someone sent me them with ripped boots.

are the joints still good and just the boots ripped? if so, you can get automotive rubber covers that'll work on them.
