help! suspension problems :(

hey guys i have a 400ex with 450r front shocks on.
i noticed the other day after racin tht the right shock was really really stiff compared to the left shock, i checked them both an they are both set the same on the hard/soft adjuster. an i dont know why ones stiffer than the other.
im really stuck!
any help would be really good! thanks

i took the shocks off an it doesnt look like they are bent or anything, so i really am very stuck!

The only thing I can think of is the oil in the left shock cylinder has been released, or at least the pressure in the cylinder. I think there are baffle-like discs in the resevoirs, and you may have lost a seal in one of those. I would bet your going to have to send them in to have them re-valved. Not sure though.....I would definitely get some more opinions.
