yah that was on this a while before although I think if I had to choose between the two I would pick the guy he is writing about. Imagine him calling the cops everytime you had friends over, I wouldn't dare start up the my quad in my driveway. I don't see why a guy has to write a web page about their neigher, it just seems dumb to me.
