spark plug cap

well my bike is losing power, with a closer look when i put the spark plug cap on it gose on really easy with out toaching could that b the problem why it has lost power.

coz it just got rebuilt andi borke it in,. now its not reving as qiuck

have you re-adjusted your valves and checked your carb most of the time on break in you run it rich then once broke in you lean it out to where it should be and if everything is new you need to readjust your valves now that the cam is broke in.

yeah done the valves,done the oil. we pulled the carb down its ok, so we a ruleing the spark plug cap whent. coz it has just lost a sicnifacant amount of power.
