Ok, those with the shock relocator for 400ex shocks know they it makes the shocks basically straight up and down and I hate the look of it. Can you put the mount closer together so the shocks point toward each other at the top?

no... the shock angle cant be changed

You can run 400ex LT a arms and 400ex length shocks with no need for the shock mount bracket. They will lean inward at the top like normal as well.

There is no room to move the holes inward on the bracket because the 400ex shocks will hit the frame.
