hey VA guys, I just heard a good rumor and want to know if any of you can verify it or know something about it. I heard that a VCHS rider was upset with that series and had plans to start a series of his own that includes quads. Whatcha know?

yeah, I feel the same way. I'm in southwest VA. about 10min from Blacksburg and about 40 min south of Roanaoke. I race the Mid East Harescrambles out of NC. It's about a two hour or less drive to most of the races. I wish someone in Va would organize some kind of Harescramble series.

Forgive my ignorance, but what exactly is a harescramble series?

Btw Jerry, are you gonna be racing on November 10th at VMP? I'm thinking about coming up there to check out the track. I haven't seen it yet.

A Harescramble is basically the same as a Cross Country race. The only difference "if any" is it's usually a litter shorter (4-5 miles)and has tighter and more technical trails.

Yep I'll be there racing. It is a very nice track. Look for me #55 yellow 400ex. They have another race dec 1st.
