I know you all think this is messed up, but Im still wondering what the heck a peacock was doing in the city and on someones car hood none the less.

Agreed though, still messed up.

household pet i suspect.. no different that a parrot, but less aggressive..
id like to hear what the owner has to say.

obviously the guy's an idiot.. making up idiodic rational for his rediculous aggressiveness..
i wouldnt be a bit suprised to find out he's been in domestic violence cases.

I was thinking the same thing, my buddies parents have a really bad problem with the neighbors peacocks... they come over and roost on his roof, they crap on the porch all over the place, another one of their favorite things to do is come over on the porch at 5am and peck bugs off of the sliding glass doors.... pretty loud and annoying at 5AM!!! Now they have started to come over and peck on his brand new F150! He has asked the neighbor several times about it and he just shrugs and laughs it off.... not that funny actually. They are also extremely LOUD and annoying. We use a peacock call during turkey season, because the toms will gobble at it.
