yeah i have 2 or 3 more to refund, I WILL REFUND the rest i owe, i promise just like i did the first 4, just im not made of money, and i gotta save up another 400, i paid back 750 already, im 21 with 1 part time job, my own place, and a kid coming, im trying my best to get it done in a fast timely matter, now if the 3 claims against me on paypal were lifted, since every claim subtracts that much out of your account, its negative 439, leaving me 11 in there, so till there lifted or i save some cash, i can't do much but promiser you ill do it, just give me a little time, and ill send a extra 20 spot with it like i did to 2 other ppl cuz they waited longer since they got stuff of me first and were owed for 3 weeks rather then the 1 1/2 like the other 2, sorry for this b/s and thanks for your time and understanding.

All you have to do is hit refund on the paypal claims and it frees up the money and pays the guy back all at once and the claim is done.

yeah you are. it's impossible to pay anyone back with my paypal locked up with claims you guys have on me once you won a judgement against me, that amount of cash is locked untill your paid back, meaning the money has to come out of my pocket, which ill do but if i dont pay everyone back at once, and do one by one everyone *****es, it's hard to pull another 300 out of my ***, i already shelled out 600 to others, this money's coming out of my pay checks.

remember, when you get your money as some of you still havent who i paid back lift the paypal account hold you have, 2 ppl still havent.

The paypal claims are probably your only LEGAL resource.

By all means, when you get the money, lift the claim. But if you lift it beforehand, you won't get another chance. You can't re-open a claim after you close it.

Its probably been long enough where paypal has decided the claims in the buyers favors.They decide both in my favor but they said they couldnt recover any money because there is none in the account.After they decide the outcome of the claim I dont think it can be cancelled.

yeah i do have money in it, just not the thor one, but your friend danoo1's claim after 24 hours still wasnt lifted after being paid back in 36 hours of purchasing something. he's the one that made me decide to not send any parts out cuz hes the one who baught something had it dropped in the mail already and then decided he wanted his money back even tho the parts was in the mail alrewady, if he didnt re-nig on me none of this b/s would be going on right now. hey mod who threatened to ban me, alsop check my records of how long it's been since i posted in any thread besides this one, or looked at any thread but this one...its been 2 months, there for meaning when i pay ppl back and you ban me iot will have 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 effect on me in any way due to the fact i dont use this site anymore, i only come here every 3 days or so to check this board, when in fact if i wasnt going to pay anyone back i would just assume stop coming here at all reading this stuff or responding back, but thats not how it is. I'm done with this site so ban away when i get these guys paid back i wont care trust me.

On another note, im sorry its been so long since i get refunds out, i get paid bi weekly it sucks too, so its harder to pay back faster then i am, i can like i said only pay 2 of the 4 ppl back i owe thought it was 3 its 4, and its 430 not 350 i owe together....when i pay 2 of the ppl back, its first come first serve that im paying back so please don't flip out on me ******in cause you didn't get yours this time i sent em out, its the fair way to do it first come first serve, and if you call me a name a thieve anything such as that or say "hes not paying us back" i will pay you back but at the rate of 5 bucks every other week, and i checked into it, as long as if im paying you some money back and within a year there is nothing that can happen to me. I understand this situation is wrong and messed up and taking too long but this is the best i can do finanically and if your going to call names then whatever its fine ill just not call names but go one lower and id rather not do that but its not called for to talk smack to someone who is trying to settle this with you is it? yeah i got it back after i went to UPS pleading with the guy their, andhaving a officer come with me that read what was going on on here, and it was still a pain in the arse.

Borrowing money is out of the ? cuz im 22 i feel as if this is my fault and to clear it up alone and myself without help, i got into it i get out of it, and i hate asking for money i never did like it. I live on my own, so there for i take care of myself money wise.

I got ripped off on a set of wheels and I payed with a Money Order and i called the company and they said if I sent in $12 they will send me a copy of my money order which was after he cashed it and it said all his info like name, city, who signed the money order, and other things helpful because I lost the guys information. Then I went onto yellowpages.com and did a person search and I searched by adress and last name. After doing this I got the guys phone number and i called to find out he was a 15 year old that ripped me off and his mother had no clue and she refunded my money after I told him that his mother signed the money order and i am going to file a lawsuit against her and alot of other stuff and i guess he got afraid and his mother sent me a check. For those of you that payed with paypal I don't know i never got ripped off through them. You guys might have to wait a little bit though becuse I don't know how long it takes to update yellow pages becuase I read that he moved into a new home or something?

not that its my business, but there is a new member getting on the 400ex section that goes by the name of tayyo789. I think it might be your guy or someone with a similar sounding name. I didn't lose any money to him, but I have lost plenty of money to creeps like this.

but turns out w/ all the info and what not i got on him from the people who have
he lives about 20 mins from me and races @ a motocross track i practice @
so i will be making a special trip this spring

1 for the money and 2 for the show
i am gonna kick his *** for yall and drop a few bb's in his motor just to make it blow
