Question about TIRES

Ok i have a simple question about tires...
I am wanting to order some new tires for my quad...
In my opinion the tires on it are too small... if i have 22x9x11 tires what is my rims size?? and what numbers should i change to make the wheel larger and to go faster?

first number is the hieght, second is width and the last one is the rim size. Those are some pretty big tires with a big *** rim.
