I am parting one of the YFZ450's I have and am starting with the engine of one of them. Here is what has been done, it has not been started since the rebuild.
All work done by Yamaha Tech. It is out of an 04 quad but has been updated to 450. The following has been replaced:
OEM 06-08 Crank (True 450)
OEM 06-08 Piston
OEM Timing chain
OEM 07-08 Oil Squirter (not oil mod)
OEM high Volume oil pump
OEM New Cylinder (Brand new, not replated)
OEM Gaskets/Seals
OEM Crank Bearings
Cam mod is complete and valves are all adjusted, all forks/gears inspected thoroughly.
ZERO Damage to the cases
The motor is complete w stator/starter/Clutch
Ready to bolt in and go reliably
I will ship in plastic crate w full padding, full insurance
