i thought it would be funny but its not growing on me, i just think it could be real funny if it had more thought in it, and its also drawn all crappy too.

My opinion of President Bush has nothing to do with my respect for the office of the Presidency.

It's about having pride in our nation.

I personally don't like things that mock or create a negative image of this country.

There are enough a-holes in the world doing that now.

i agree completely with your first two sentences...unfortunately one of those things that create a bad image of this country to the rest of the world is bush.....

IMO.. the US world representation is bad enough as is, without tv programs leaving the impression that US citizens are "ok" and "jovial" about our supposed leaders and thier poorly executed policies.

if anything, its a visual lesson on how important illiteracy is and how it can affect everyone if allowed to progress too far.. (like all the way to a presidency)

I agree entirely, 100% with Outlaw50 and <DRS>GPF on this one.

Disgraceful, pitiful, senseless, rude, inconsiderate, etc., just like 90% of the other programming on Comedy Central.

Occasionally they have some good movies on there (Office Space), but aside from that, it's a channel I don't watch very often. I've lost respect for whoever runs the show over there.

Just take the show for what its intentions were to be, a joke. How is laughing at the funny stuff on this show any different than laughing at the Chuck Norris jokes? And we've all had our little giggles with those.

It's all summed up in < DRS >GPF's statement:

I can't watch a second of it without changing the channel.

sickens me that america has basicly turned against its president based on ignorant views.

I hate to be one of the few that like the show, but I do. I find it pretty funny and I have a very easy sense of humor if that makes any sense. Cheney's character makes me laugh every time. I agree that there is enough bad representation of the US today, but if the show is on, thats not going to stop me from watching it... :macho

Actually, the country has turned on the president because HE is ignorant. He's made a disgrace of the the office and US policy. Being laughed out of the White House is more than justified. His own actions today concerning Libby only help to magnify his contempt and lack of respect for this country and it's laws.

If GW wasn't such a **** up to begin with that show wouldn't have any material. He's the problem, not the writers or Comedy Central. Oh wait, he pretty much IS the writer.

so posting things like this on the internet (which we know the terrorist use) is ok but a comedy (satire) show on a cable network is bad.

i didnt see any dish network satelites in the desert but maybe things have changed since 92. im sure there is a cave in iragistan with 10 ragheads sitting around sucking on ratt meat watching comedy central for intel...LMAO

argue amgonst yourself, when you stop our own congressmen from spewing anti american rhetoric then ill help you pick on a cartoon.
