Ok I was racing my cousin's z400 today and he has a full HMF and a outerwears for a lid and i have a slip on HMF with vented airbox lid and the other mods in my sig, the thing is his revs out much fast than mine, mine just pull out for a lot longer, is it the fact that he has bigger jets for the full pipe than i do which makes it rev out quicker? I'm thinking about dumping the stage 1 hotcam and going to a stage 2 for mx also or would i just be wasting 180 dollars?

They are two totally different engines. Don't expect them to perform identically.
