I thinks the klaws hookup better on harder packed surfaces, and the knarlys for softer.

the klaws are good in the hard stuff then if its soft you can switch them around and they hook up awsome, the knarlys are more for soft

I used Klaws and Knarlys.. I hated the Klaws so much I GAVE them away.. Wasn't a fan at all.. But if you want the Klaws, go with the new Sticky-Lites.. I myself like the Knarlys.. They are awesome!!

Yeah I really only like klaws for avg riders who dont want to spend a ton and like their tires to last. For all out traction I love the knarly MX's. The klaw fronts are also a very good tire. For trail riding and GNCC type stuff, the klaws and knarlys are both good, but for MX I def prefer the knarly rear and klaw front.

If your speaking of the xc tires I would take the Knarly XC over the Knarly HT or the Klaws. The Klaws are an average tire that will do ok everywhere and great no where. The Knarly HT's are ok brand new, but as soon as you wear the square off of them all they do is slide/spin. I was pretty disappointed in them.

Both the Knarly HT and the Klaw will last a long time though as they are a harder compound. For the best all around trail tire of the three I would take the Knarly XC. Though I feel there are better tires on the market.
