View Full Version : 400ex plastic on a 300ex.... WHY???

alot of people put 400 plastic on a 300. Why? so when you pull up to a real 400 you can get smoked. why not put 300 plastic on a 400 so you can make all of the blasters and mojaves go home wondering "what went wrong." just a thought. KP

i agree, sleeper beats poser anyday.... my alky 390 is a super sleeper... just a little swingarm extention to keep her on the ground

actually i would do it because i like the looks of the 400ex plastics a lot better....... the grafics are what makes them look like posers

400ex plastic looks smokin!! thats y i would want it, it looks so much better thanthe 300ex, but my decal set-up looks sweet, so i no longer care, also if anyhtin now i will just get the fullbore it white, front blue back, or just all white like this

ill admit my quads a poser, the looks are in the plastic. i dont think it looks fast but my freinds do, all i see is a quad with cut fenders a qraphics kit and some stickers

Hey maybe you should ask honda why they put such ugly and poorly designed plasitc on such a good quad. And also im no poser, the 400ex plastic is cheaper, it looks better also. If i was a poser i would have got stock 400ex plastic,and the 400ex fenders dont sag and crack when they get mud caked. Next time do a little research before you flame.

What the heII is yor probem? He was asking peoples opinions, not flaming. Next time think before you speak.
IMO, i think the 400 plastics would look way better cuz i dont like he looks of the 300 plastics. But i like that pic of the all white 300. That looks tight.

did i once say "posers" in either of my previous statements? just wondering if you have 400 plastic on your 300, cause you seem to get a little offended. i did not mean to offened anyone who made the choice to make their quad look faster than it really is. also if you think that the oem 300ex plastic is ugly or poorly designed then you have every right to change it out, but when you do line up next to several real 400ex's and get beaten into the ground and they ask you "what happend" you can say "oh its just a 300 underneath". i did not flame, you are the one who got me riled up. Now i am done. KP ~~~sigh~~~

ok maybe it wasnt you that said poser, but the only reason i got 400ex plastic is mine was going to shnit and i knew how bad i didnt like the maier, since i had maier before. But hey do you still want to buy that stuff from me.
