Looking for a new Cell Phone

I'm on a 3 year contact with Rogers Wireless and my Razr is pretty trashed. I'm looking for a decent phone that isnt too big or too small and has preferebly the slider option and/or a full keyboard for typing. Anyone have any recommendations? Im looking to spend 200 and under.

EDIT: I just came across a Palm Treo 650? Anyone have any experience with them?

EDIT: I just came across a Palm Treo 650? Anyone have any experience with them? The 650 is a dinosaur, they don't make them anymore. They have been replaced with the Treo 680, 700P and 750. All of the above are solid choices.

Everyone that you mentioned are really nice but out of my price range. The 650s are way cheaper but are outdated.

I've got the blackjack and really like it. I really like windows mobile and cant wait for wm6 to come out. Otherwise, check out any blackberrys.

it is a nice phone but remember, Im going through Rogers Wireless for the next 2 years. Those are supported by Cingular only.
