Has any one out there bought the duncan racing kit that includes the intake and full exhaust, if so is it worth it how does it sound and how much of a power gain did you recieve. Also I have noticed that not alot of people say they like the stuff that comes from duncan, how come?

Have you had a chance to fire it up, how does it sound. How easy is it to install?

i asked polaris industries and they said it was confenatial, which is a bunch of bull crap its justa plastic

plus between FMF, Duncan racing, and HMF which is the way to go with the outlaw 525, and this is compareing there best exhaust (Power) / (Sound) / (Look) / (Mounting) / (Best kit)

The Muffler needs to be repacked about every 20 hours. The HMF you have to send too HMF to get repack most other's you can due your self.

what does repacking it mean, and why does it madder, and also why do you have to repack it every 20 hours, that about every 10 rides for me

There is a sound deadening material inside the muffler part, like insulation almost, that will get worne out over time. You may even see the material blow out of the exhaust when it is new... As that material gets worn out, the sound level goes up. So, you buy a packing kit andt is just the insulation material that you replace inside. It is not rocket science so don't worry about it, it is easy!

+ as the packing blows and it get louder you are also losing hp. It takes me about 1/2 hr to replace it. There are different repacking kits the cheap stuff you may have to replace more often. I go with the multi layer kits they last longer
