Where I feel they help is in absorbing impact. Roots, rocks, hard landings, etc. I don't feel they help much in the way of vibration. Do I feel they're worth $300 new? No. Do I feel they're worth $150-$200 used? Yes. ;)

they are the best investment i have made on my quad they seriosly help you ride longer and harder. I cased a double the other night and i didnt feel anything in my hands or arms and it's not because of the suspension beause i have my stock 400 fronts on. i will buy another set if anything happens to mine with no questions asked. if you ride trails, desert racing, hare scrambles or endurance they will sriously help you be a better rider by lessening the tota fatigue of your upper body just my .02
