This is the complete kit to convert your 06-07 450ER to dual start, this kit includes all parts and right side cover gasket. The kick lever is the one for the 04-05 model which is about $50 cheaper than the 06-07 one. This kit cost me $340 from Service Honda, I am selling it for $275 shipped, all parts are new and still in their packages. Save yourself some money and pick these up here, I have sold my 450ER so I no longer need it.
