In this thread we should put product reviews of aftermarket part for our 450's. Here are a couple of mine

1. Rock black pro pegs with heel guards.

They took about 30 minutes to bolt up and fit and finish is pretty good. The black finish is holding up ok, it rubbed off where Ive sqeuezed through a few trees.

If I could improve these I would make the heel guard wider so theres bo gap between the frame and the heel guard. Also, the tube you slide the nerfs on is a little small and it has some play up and down. Im told this is normal though. I thought about wrapping tape around the tube to make the diameter bigger and stiffen it up.

The pegs are awesome. They are big and hold you on well.

I also like the mounting system. There is no special long installation here. Its pretty solid too.

They were $220 well worth it. Overall Id give them a 9 out of 10.

2. Modquad bar clamp. word of advise - dont buy this junk. First off all, I dont care for the looks of it. The ignition is in the wrong place and it hits the top of the stem. I hate to grind on my stem to get it to fit right. The only reason I wanted one is it looked tacky with 7/8 bars and the bare stem. The only good thing I can say is the indicator lights fit ok in the top of it.

It was $40 and Id give it a 3/10. I guess it does its job but cutting on your stem to make it fit is ridiculous. I didnt gain any hope when I saw it was a universal clamp that also works for the 400ex.
