dude its not a slip on its a full exhaust and yea im running a 125 like mhcs for no wtill i rejet it again and im runing a uni filter and no lid so im only RICH not lean ( lean is when u got ot much air not enough fuel) when im on the rev limiter in 5 gear or im keeping it at a steady rpm for a long time

exrider i woudnt go completly on the faq forum, i never did couse no 2 bikes are completly alike and ur see level has a part in it to so when ryan250 posted it he might have a diff see leval than u and stuff. so the only way u can jet a bike is to buy a couple of jets or a jet kit even better and play with it until its as close to spot on that u can get it to be

um il be getting a jet kit sometime soon and i think il go to like a 122 or something cause the 125 is good but just a lil to much gas and i think im at see level or just below i dont know , i live in florida

so if im a little higher than you i want a bigger or smaller jet?because as you go up the air gets thinner right?o instead of getting a smaller jet try running it without an airbox lid and see if that helps

I used the 125 main that hmf gave for like an hour but its stupid rich,i tried taking the lid off and everything but the plug was black bigtime.I bought a dyno jetkit tried a few jets and now my plug burns perfect and runs awsome.

I made my FAQ based on my experiences. I live/ride approx 0-150 feet above sea level. As your elevation above sea level increases, your bike will need less fuel (i.e. if you were set up for sea level elevation and rode in the mountains your bike would run rich).

No bike is the same....but my FAQ is about as good as it gets without the PITA of tearing down the bike

alright can some one give me an idea for my jetting here is my info

-elevation 1000-1200 feet above sea level

-Uni airfilter

-hmf full exhaust(couple rides with quiet core, mainly w/o it)

-70-90 degree weather(for summer)

-i will be using dynojet jet kit

o and would a jet kit for a 2001-2005 trx250ex fit on mine? need to know ASAP

check my faq, and then maybe go one or two jets smaller to account for the difference in elevation.
