300 ex question

i was wondering

1. how long are the stock 300 ex shocks
2. would any other stock shocks match up to the 300 ex front end? i.e. a yamaha 450 front shock setup.
3. is anybody selling aftermarket shocks for a 300 ex for standard travel?

stock front shocks are 16.25

no shock will mount up with out a shock relocator bracket which can be found on ebay. and other places.

with the bracket you can use

400ex fronts (most commonly used)
z-400 shock (a little too long but still work)
yfz-450
and i think the honda 450r shocks work as well

those are the most common applications for the 300ex.
