Top end rebuild questions

I bought an airsal 50cc kit for my mini quad, I cant get the piston into the cylinder. I tried using a ring compressor but couldnt get it small enough, no i mounted the piston to the rod and cant compress the rings with my hand to get them to slide into the cylinder. Whats the trick, I have to have to pay someone for such a simple task :mad:

i just had the same problem replacing the top end on my blaster,i tried and tried and cussed trying to get the piston in the cylinder, come to find out vitos sent me the wrong set of rings. i called ct racing told them whaa i had, and sent me new ones. not only did i get my parts in two days(vitos took two weeks) every thing went together just perfect. so make sure you have the right set of rings.hope this helps
