what is it worth?

I am looking to buy a 450R that is set up for MX. A buddy of mine has a friend who has one for sale. He is asking $5,500 and I'am not sure it is worth the money. It has Lonestar +2 arms, steering stem and axle, TCS long travel shocks that have been revalved and the rear shock has been revalved with a long trevel linkage. It also has HMF full system exhaust and faast handlebars with rear beadlock rims and DG nerfs.It also has only two hours on a fresh motor rebuild with a JE piston. So what do you think this quad is worth?

What year is it? looks like an 04 or 05. But I would say its worth about 4500 or so.

I'd say $4500 if lower end has been repaired or fixed, at least the crankshaft update.
