monday through friday. maybe saturday. if your talking about shipping that is.

A business day is typically Monday to Friday , 9am to 5pm .

24 hours, just like a regular day. If you were told your shipment would arrive in 3 to 5 business days, that means don't count Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
