Whats the easiest way to....

repaint shock coils.I have them off the bodies and some of the paint (or powder-coat)is flaking off.I will have no problem getting them down to bare metal but how should i go about getting them looking new again? My gut tells me to get them powder-coated.Or should i take them to get painted then clear coated??As always any reponses are greatly appreciated and i will post pics of my 1st R in 17 years soon....JMO

beed blast em and powder coat em. will be the most durable.

I've heard paint will flake off springs due to the flexing, so powdercoating is the only way to go. Try posting in the BK performance section and pappy will give you an answer.
