Here are some pictures of my 250r the way it is now, im in the process of setting it up for xc and im goin to be buyin new plastic. Should i go with full maier red or white plastic, with a black quad tech hood? or should i just buy a set of full fenders from fullbore for the front? Would it look good with a red or black mair hood if i go with the maier?

Whats wrong with the current setup? Your looking for more fender? I think it looks sweet as is.

I like the way it looks now too, but i like the looks of a cross country R better and I need full fenders for cross country. I can get a quad tech hood from someone i just need to know which would look better as far as color and quality.

Full white plastic with a black hood is sick.

Just get the full fender fronts from Fullbore. They are better fit and finish, just all together better quality. I've got a silver set of Fullbores on one of mine and they are holding up well.

ya believe me if you ever buy one, you wont regret it, the handling is amazing, and i have a stock motor with esr porting and head mods, along with a 38 mm carb and it will out handle and hang side by side with the 450's. Thats assuming the 450's are close to stock, they start to pull with a pipe and airbox, but with a well built 310 and up the 450's are not a match.

I just sent them an email requesting pictures of uncut plastics for a 250R. We'll see if I get a response. If so, I'll post the pics.

Here was there response, which came back rather quickly I might add.

I've attached a picture of both the full fender and race cut 250R
fronts. We
don't keep the full fender fronts in stock, since we don't sell a whole
lot
of them. Lead time is about 6-8 weeks if you're interested.

Have a great day,

i think those plastics would look good white w/ a black hood scoop or the way it is red w/ a black hood scoop.
